Varje ruta har ett beräknat värde för krontäckningsgrad, vilket anger hur stor andel av rutans yta som täcks av trädkronor.Underlaget togs fram år 2023 av Geografiska informationsbyrån på uppdrag av Park och natur, Skellefteå kommun. Beräkningarna baseras på laserscanningsdata insamlad år 2019.Lagret utgör en del av den trädkartering som genomfördes och hör samman med följande dataset:Krontäckning trädpunktTräd synliga från bostadKrontäckningsgrad ruta 50 mKrontäckning områdeInformationen kan användas för analyser av trädstruktur, grönska och kronutbredning inom de inventerade områdena.
